Product Information

Limited Lifetime Warranty Creations Baby warrants original purchases against manufacturing defects in all crib hardware, joints, bolts, and mechanical devices for 15 years from the date of purchase, or usage by up to three children, whichever occurs first. During this period, we will repair or replace such defective parts free of charge. We warrant that wood parts will be free of defects in workmanship and materials for one year from the date of original purchase. Defective wood parts or products will be repaired or replaced at our option. If a replacement is necessary and your product is no longer available, a comparable product will be substituted. All warranty and after-sales service issues are handled through your authorized Creations Baby dealer. Creations Baby furniture is made of first quality furniture-grade wood solids and veneers. Naturally occurring marks and figurings are part of the beauty of real wood.
