1) Are Creations Baby cribs safe?
- Creations is JPMA Certified and meets or exceeds all mandatory and voluntary crib safety standards. Please visit www.jpma.org for more information on safety standards.
2) Where is Creations Baby product made?
- Like the majority of furniture manufacturers, Creations Baby furniture is produced in Asia.
3) Do Creations Baby cribs convert?
- All Creations Baby cribs are convertible to a toddler bed and full-size bed, (except metal beds which only convert to full-size). To convert to a toddler bed, the toddler rail and conversion kit are included with the purchase of the crib. To convert to a full-size bed, full rail conversion kits are available as a separate purchase. We do recommend that you purchase the rails at the time you purchase the crib, as they may not be available when it is time to convert the bed. However, all Creations cribs are designed to work with a standard metal bed rail and that is a great alternative in case the wood bed rails are not available.
4) Does the crib spring adjust?
- Cribs all come with adjustable crib springs. Most cribs have three (3) levels of adjustment. The full-size bed position has two (2) levels of adjustments. *(Please read the instruction manual regarding when to adjust the spring in accordance with your child's height, age, and ability.)
5) How is Creations Baby furniture made?
- As with fine adult furniture craftsmanship, Creations Baby product is made predominantly of selected hardwood solids and veneers. Top drawers are felt-lined and feature wood-on-wood drawer guides. The hardwood solids vary by group and finish. We use Asian hardwoods for all solids and veneers. Veneers are used on products with a showy, wood grain finish.
6) What kind of features do the cases have?
- Many Creations Baby products feature English and French dovetail drawer construction, block reinforced drawers, dust proofing under all drawers, combo hutch features 'Touch Me' on/off halogen accent light and safe, non-toxic quality finishes. Top drawers are felt-lined and feature wood-on-wood drawer guides.
7) Can I buy directly from Creations Baby?
- Creations Baby is sold only through authorized independent specialty retail stores. These retail stores are trained on juvenile furniture, including all Creations Baby product. Any Creations Baby dealer will be able to answer any and all product inquiries. If they are unable to answer any questions, they will be able to contact their Creations representative for assistance.

- Creations Baby is sold only through authorized independent specialty retail stores. To purchase Creations Baby product, please contact an authorized dealer. - Pictures of all of our collections can be printed directly from our website. Creations Baby dealers also have access to all product pictures and take-home sheets.

- If you have any issues with purchased product, such as parts, you should contact your Creations Baby dealer. As they have record of your purchase, they will be able to work with Creations Baby to assist you.

- Any questions concerning your order status should be directed towards your Creations Baby dealer.
13) How do I care for my Creations Baby furniture?
- A clean, damp cloth should be all that is required to keep your furniture clean and dust-free. If you feel that a cleaning product is required, avoid products containing silicone. We advise that you take caution when placing certain items on your Creations Baby furniture, such as drinking glasses, rubber or rubber-tipped items, and any items that may have rough or sharp features, as these can be abrasive to the finish.
